The foundation holds 16 handcrafted bruschettas.
We use bold toppings like roast beef with caramelized onions, burrata with mortadella and pistachios, or goat cheese with figs.

The second tier introduces 40 assorted gourmet skewers, crafted as refined, hand-held bites include melon with prosciutto, caprese, or gouda with grapes. They are easy to grab and eat while guests mingle across the room.
At the heart of the Black Pyramid sits a curated grazing selection.
The selection includes cured meats, soft and firm cheeses. We include varieties like sharp cheddar, creamy brie, and salty prosciutto.
This layer invites guests to slow down and linger over a glass of wine.
The top tier holds 12 to 15 dessert profiteroles.
We fill these light pastry puffs with custard and topped with a dark/white chocolate, pistachio or strawberry. They are small and airy. This final layer ensures the meal ends on a celebratory note.
